2026 Transition
Beginning January 1, 2026, Rybacki Physical Therapy will transition to a cash-pay model. This means we will no longer bill insurance directly. Visits will be paid at the time of service, and you will receive documentation you can submit to your insurance provider if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.
We want to give you plenty of notice so you can plan ahead, and we want you to know this decision was made with great care and thoughtful consideration for you and all our patients.
We understand that change can be challenging, especially when it comes to your healthcare. Please know our primary motivation is to continue providing you with the highest level of personalized care—free from the increasing restrictions and administrative burdens of insurance. This shift allows us to spend more time treating each patient, tailor your care to your unique needs, and focus fully on your well-being without outside limitations.
Many of you have experienced the power of our approach, especially fascial counterstrain, and have seen firsthand the benefits of ongoing, proactive care. By moving outside of insurance, we gain the freedom and flexibility to serve you even better. Our team will also be relieved of many behind-the-scenes pressures, allowing us to be more present for you.
What does this mean for you?
You can continue to use your HSA or FSA accounts to pay for visits.
We can provide documentation for you to submit for out-of-network insurance benefits, if your plan allows.
Many patients already have high deductibles or significant out-of-pocket costs with insurance, so this transition may not affect your expenses as much as you might expect.
Our schedule will open up, improving availability for visits—especially for those in our wellness program who have wanted more frequent appointments but have faced scheduling challenges.
You will continue to receive the same compassionate, expert care you have come to trust.
We hope you already realize how deeply we care for every patient we serve. You are in our hearts and prayers, and we are committed to walking alongside you in health and healing.
With gratitude,
Amie Rybacki, MPT
